Q: When does mail arrive?

USPS delivers to the community boxes Monday thru Saturday (about 10 am) except for Federal Holiday’s.

Fedex, UPS, and other overnight express will deliver straight to physical address.

Q: Can we purchase stamps?

We do not sell postage stamps; however we do offer postage services thru metered mail up to 3 pounds.

Q: How can I make changes to my profile information, such as: email address, phone number, property address, etc.?

You can edit your Website Profile password on the Winter Haven Resort website. ALL OTHER changes to your account must be made through the Office.

Q: What time does propane usually come in, and how often?

After 1 pm, daily during winter season. Summer season by request. Please contact the gate host to put name/address

on list for delivery.
